	Complying at all times with the documented operating procedure through a system of internal verification of procedures and activities.
	Continuously reviewing all mandatory rules, regulations, industry codes, and guidelines that are relevant to specific ship types and trades.
	Continuously improving the safety management skills of personnel ashore and aboard ship, including preparing for emergencies related to health, safety, environmental protection and security.

All employees are required to comply with the company's Health, Safety, Pollution Prevention Regulations and Security Codes at all times. All employees are expected to take the necessary measures to protect themselves, their colleagues, the ship, its cargo, the environment, and the company.
