MANAGER

Responsibilities:
Preparation of group accounts, budgets and
management papers; financial projections and
analysis of financial statements; audit;
liaise with auditors, tax agents and
bankers; evaluation of business proposals
(financially); cashflow management and

covenants.
Requirements:

Possess a professional
qualification in Accountancy (eg. ACCA) or
any other relevant honours degree in
Finance/Accountancy/Economics. |

Must be a member of MIA. |

Minimum 8-10 years of working experience in
the related field. |

|
Some exposure to oil and gas or shipping
industry. |
DEPUTY HSES MANAGER
Closing Date : 15 AUGUST 2008

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities amongst others, include
providing advice and guidance on Health,
Safety, Environment & Security (HSES)
matters in accordance with the Company
policies and procedures; assist to ensure
that all marine shipboard safety and
environmental policies are carried out in
accordance with the Company's ISM and SMS
procedures and international regulations.
Requirements:

|
Bachelor
degree or equivalent; or 7-10 years related
experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience. |
|
|
Certified Safety Officer from
NIOSH or equivalent institutions. |
|
|
Experience in Offshore
oil and gas industry will be an advantage. |
MARINE SUPERINTENDENT
Closing Date : 15 AUGUST 2008
(Miri)
Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for ensuring all
marine shipboard safety and environmental
policies are carried out onboard vessels in
accordance with the International
Regulations and Company procedures.
Requirements:

Preferably holder of
Certificate of Competency Master Class 1 or
Class 2 Unlimited. |
|
|
Experience in Offshore
oil and gas industry will be an advantage. |
TECHNICAL SUPERINTENDENT

Responsibilities:
Ensures the
ships are maintained to national and
international rules and regulations,
Charterer's and Company's requirements and
standards.
Requirements:

First Class or Second Class
Certificate of Competency for Marine
Engineer Officer (Motor) or equivalent; or
7-10 years related experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of
education and experience. |

|
Experience in Offshore
oil and gas industry will be an advantage. |
TECHNICAL EXECUTIVE
Closing Date : 15 AUGUST 2008
(Kota Belud,
Sabah)
Responsibilities:
Supervises and
coordinates activities of Kota Belud branch
office which may include setting up,
installing, repairing, and maintaining
machinery and equipment of vessels, and in
fabricating metal parts and tools.
Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical
Engineering (Marine) or equivalent; or 4-7
years related experience and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education and
experience. |

|
Experience in Offshore
oil and gas industry will be an advantage. |
