OPERATION MANAGER
(Miri)
Responsibilities:
Reports to the Senior General Manager and
assist him in the day to day operations/
administration of the Miri Office;
responsible to direct and coordinate the
entire operations of the Company's fleet; to
chair the Management/SMS review meetings; to
ensure that all Health, Safety and
Environmental policies and strategies are
carried out in accordance with national and
international regulations and company
procedures; to ensure all vessels are
maintained in accordance to the Company's
Safety Management System (SMS) is
implemented and adhered to and that the
importance of adhering to safe working
practices is understood and practiced by all
employees; to deal with non-conformities
covering ship and shore based operations; to
deal with non-conformities covering
technical/operational procedures of the SMS
both ashore and afloat; to ensure that all
shipboard safety and environmental policies
are carried out in accordance with the
international regulations and Company
procedures; to investigate major machinery
failures and any resulting insurance claims;
to liaise with clients/charterers on any
issues/contractual matters; to assist in
seeking and developing new revenue
generating opportunities for the Company.
Requirements:

Deck Officer Class 1 Certificate of
Competency (Foreign Going). |

- 15 years related experience and/training
in marine industry (preferably offshore)
with at least 7 years in a Managerial
capacity. |
CREWING MANAGER
(Miri)
Responsibilities:
Reports to the Senior General Manager; to
lead, manage and control the day to day
activities of the Crewing Department; to
ensure that all vessels are continuously
manned by competent, qualified and medically
fit Seafarers as per STCW 95 and charterers
requirements; to ensure that all Health,
Safety and Environmental policies and
strategies are carried out in accordance
with national and international regulations
and company procedures; to prepare the
Crewing Department's Annual Budget and to
monitor the department expenses are within
the budget; liaising with clients/charterers
on any issues/matters pertaining to crewing;
liaising with manning agencies in various
countries for crew deployment and
recruitment process; to ensure that monthly
crew payroll are prepared in a timely
manner; to ensure that continuous
improvement process are carried out.
Requirements:

Deck Officer Class 2 or Bachelor's Degree in
any Marine related fields. |

years related experience and/training in
crewing activities with at least 3 years in
a Managerial capacity. |

Good
interpersonal skills. |
SECRETARY
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
Perform daily
secretarial tasks, administration works and
handle confidential matters; organizing and
maintaining diaries and making appointment
including travel arrangement, accommodation
reservations, dining reservation,
appointments and meetings; compile reports,
furnish information requested, respond to
correspondences, attend to telephone calls
& etc; responsible in producing memo and
letter, briefing papers, reports and
presentations; to involve in other ad-hoc
functions as instructed by superior from
time to time.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess a Degree in Office
Management and Administration or least a
Private Secretarial Certificate (PSC)/Diploma
in Secretarial or its equivalent. |

Minimum
2 years working experience in the related
field. |

Strong
written and verbal communication skills in
English and Bahasa Malaysia. |

Pleasant
and mature with good interpersonal skills. |

Able
to work independently with minimum
supervision. |

and able to maintain confidentiality. |
